CNC busbar punching and shearing machine is a perfect combined processing line with automatic feeding, automatic positioning, automatic clamping, automatic punching, automatic shearing, automatic replacement of mold, automatic delivery. With high automatic system, high positioning accuracy, The busbar punching and shearing line is widely used on processing copper/ aluminum busbar at high-low voltage switchgear, transformer manufacturing, cabinet power station and busbar industries.

Feature of copper or aluminum busbar punching cutting machine:

1. Used to shearing and punching copper or aluminum bubsar (various round hole, square hole, alloy type or grooved shape)

2. The machine do not need operators intervention, the processing speed and accuracy is very high.

3. The machine can clamp long size busbar easily without operators intervention.

4. Client can install 5 punching/1 shearing or 6 punching/1 shearing mold, or install embossing mold as needed.

5. Use single shearing tool, the shearing edge is smooth and neat, no waste, no burs.

6. The control part consist of Japanese Mitsubishi PLC system, three sets of Japanese Panasonic servo motor, touch-screen, operating platforms and auxiliary components. The performance is stable and reliable.

7. Using X-Y-Z IPC CNC control system, the operators just need to programming for simple component or make CAD drawing directly on the screen, the system will generate automatically and make repeat processing.

8. The mold frame is ductile iron material with high wear resistance, which insures the high punching concentricity of the upper and lower molds in long-term usage.
